I placed an order for delivery and it took 1.5 hrs to get it. A rainy day, so they were understandably busy, but I didn't appreciate the long wait or the fact that I had to call and ask about my order - knowing it was a busy day, I expected a phone call from them to set expectations accordingly. That's poor customer service in my book. They also included the wrong soup than what I had ordered, but that turned out to be the best part of my meal. Wrap was just average. I probably won't be back- it only takes one bad experience for me.
