In response to the "critic" below, I am also a restaurant owner and I feel for the owners of Sabra Grill.
I do not know the owners of Sabra; I just don't like the fact that some disgruntled employee can use this faceless media to try to cause damage to hard working people who for sure do anything possible to make their investment successful.
We are (restaurant owners) invested heavily in our restaurants, in many cases it's all we have, we do EVERYTHING possible to make the place inviting and successful. We are under constant inspections by the state’s health dept. The restaurant’s Health Dept’s reports are public record; if there is a violation or fine imposed on a restaurant you can see it… So I would encourage anybody concerned to check it rather than listen to people who carry a grudge…

We regret this person is either a disgruntled ex-employee or a problematic customer -- both refusing to be identified or to report to management any issues. All employees prepping and plating food wear gloves. Any food dropped on the floor is promptly disposed of. We invite all diners to try Sabra Grill and see our operations for themselves.
the owner jayne is a nut job. the food isnt that good and is over priced. jayne never wears gloves and i have witnessed her dropping food picking it up and plating it. disgusting.
