OK so Boca Raton is not know for its Mexican food and that's primarily because there are so few Mexican places around town period. Las Fajitas is a good little spot for some Mexican food. Located in a little house converted to a restaurant on Dixie Highway it serves more authentic Mexican fare at value prices. What I mean by authentic Mexican is that the food isn't very tomato saucy at all and is more along the lines of Mexican food you would eat in Mexico not Americanized Mexican. The place at night is always crowded and parking can be a pain because the restaurant holds more people than parking spots. Overall the owners and management are nice and the place is very consistent. With a few beers and dinner expect the price to be around $20-$25 a person. Without the beer maybe $15.
